Failures we could not fix
If you buy from Hulu, use something else. It declined consistently. Crunchyroll was fine on retry.
What to change before you retry
- Hulu: 0 of 19 cleared. Hulu is US-only and rejects foreign ranges at the authorisation step. No configuration fixes this; use a US-issued range.
- Crunchyroll: 5 of 15 cleared. Billing runs monthly in USD from the account's store region. Align the account region with the card's country or the renewal will fail even when the first charge passed.
Getting it to work first time
- Set the billing address to exactly what Moss generates for Germany. Copy and paste rather than retyping it; a single wrong character fails the AVS check.
- No AVS check is applied on this range, so the billing address you type matters less than usual. It still has to be consistent between the first charge and the renewal.
- Card issuance is effectively unlimited here. Issue a separate card per merchant rather than reusing one, so a single leaked number cannot take down every subscription at once.

Renewals count alongside first charges, which is why a range that passed once and failed a month later reads lower here than on a first-charge-only list.
