Why SoundCloud Go+ turns your card down

The decline is a BIN mismatch. SoundCloud Go+ bills through an overseas acquirer, and that acquirer compares three things: the country your card was issued in, the billing address on file, and the country your account is registered in. Two out of three is not enough.

Paying SoundCloud Go+ with a virtual card, start to finish

   Open the account

   Every card here wants an ID up front. It is an automated check and rarely takes more than a few minutes. Do 2FA before the first deposit, not after.

   Load a small balance

   Fund with USDT if you need it today, bank transfer if you can wait a day. One month is plenty to prove the card works. Mountain Wolf charges 0% per top-up.

   Create the card

   You can spin up more than one card here, which is worth doing: SoundCloud Go+ gets its own, everything else stays off it. Set the limit just above the plan price.

   Enter the details at checkout

   There is an address check. Privacy.com issues a US General address. Paste that one, because AVS fails on a single wrong character.

   Clear 3-D Secure

   Approve the prompt in the issuer app, then go back and confirm the plan actually shows as active. A subscription can look paid and still be sitting in pending for an hour.

If it still will not go through

Between them these cover almost every failed attempt we have logged.

• Billing address mismatch (Privacy.com issues a US General address). AVS compares what you type against the address on file, and it fails on a single transposed digit. Paste it instead of retyping.
• Debit range, credit-only acquirer. A handful of processors refuse debit BINs outright, before any balance check runs. Try a credit range from the table.
• Monthly cap reached. Cards with a hard monthly limit decline once it is used up, and the message the merchant shows is identical to a fraud block.
• Merchant switched acquirer. When a platform changes processor, ranges that cleared last month start failing with nothing changed on your side. Re-run the card before assuming it is dead.
• Spend limit too tight. If the cap sits below the plan price plus the conversion spread, the authorisation comes back as insufficient rather than blocked.
