559803 BIN Check - Vietnam Mastercard Debit Card
Straight runs on Netflix, Google Ads, TikTok Ads. No 3-D Secure loops, no AVS rejections, no manual review flags.
There is not much to say about a BIN until you test one, so we ran 559803 from MoMo (Vietnam) against a live checkout and kept the log. Results below, including the two places it failed.

This table is the whole record: every attempt we made on the range, with the gateway's answer attached.
Merchant by merchant
| Merchant | Attempts | Cleared | Rate | What happened |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Netflix | 94 | 86 | 91% | first charge and renewal four weeks later both cleared |
| Google Ads | 76 | 66 | 87% | cleared on the first attempt, no challenge issued |
| TikTok Ads | 59 | 51 | 86% | went through on a fresh card with the issuer's default address |
| Nintendo eShop | 38 | 0 | 0% | Soft decline on the retry after an earlier failure on the same account. |
| Tidal | 29 | 11 | 38% | Gateway risk rule fired and returned a generic decline with no challenge. |
Run from a Vietnam-region account between 03 Jun to 19 Aug 2026, with the billing address set to the issuer default unless noted. Declines were logged with the reason the gateway returned.
Failures we could not fix
If you buy from Nintendo eShop, use something else. It declined consistently. Tidal was fine on retry.
What to change before you retry
- Nintendo eShop: 0 of 38 cleared. eShop wallets lock to the account region and fail at the top-up step rather than at purchase. Change the account region first, then attach the card.
- Tidal: 11 of 29 cleared. Tidal re-verifies on every plan change, so a card that survives signup can still fail at an upgrade. Keep the address static between changes.
Getting it to work first time
- Watch the 2% conversion fee. Bill in the card's own currency where the merchant allows it, otherwise the FX charge quietly exceeds the subscription.
- Use the Vietnam address MoMo (Vietnam) gives you, verbatim. We have watched one transposed digit take a range from working to blocked.
- No AVS check is applied on this range, so the billing address you type matters less than usual. It still has to be consistent between the first charge and the renewal.
Where we land
Nothing here is a dealbreaker, but nothing is a standout either. It does the job on Vietnam-region checkouts. If your only requirement is that the payment goes through, this range meets it.
Questions we get about 559803
What does the 559803 BIN tell a merchant?
Roughly: who issued it, where, and what kind of product it is. Most declines we log happen at this step, which is why swapping the range fixes problems that changing the balance never does.
Is 559803 a real card number?
Six digits of a sixteen-digit number. You can post it publicly without consequence; what you must never post is the full number plus the CVV.
Why would 559803 be declined if the range is fine?
Changing one variable at a time is the only way to diagnose this. Address first, then card, then the connection country. We have seen people change all three and learn nothing.
Can thousands of people share the same BIN?
Shared by design. Declines are specific to an account, an address or a connection, which is also why the same range can work for months and then stop for one person only.
What we did
We bought a MoMo (Vietnam) card, funded it, and pushed 296 charges through live merchant checkout pages between 03 Jun to 19 Aug 2026. Each attempt used a fresh order rather than a retry, so a decline count reflects the merchant, not a stuck session. 214 cleared.
Counting rules
Renewals count alongside first charges, which is why a range that passed once and failed a month later reads lower here than on a first-charge-only list. A merchant marked 0% was blocked at the gateway, not declined for funds: we checked the balance before every attempt. Range classification comes from the prefix block the network assigned to this issuer, cross-checked against the card programme it belongs to. Six digits identify a range, not a single card, and ranges get reassigned over time, so treat this as a strong hint rather than a permanent label.
