Suno AI Payment Declined? Virtual Card Options That Work
Start with Chime, then Bybit Card, Revolut. Both cleared Suno AI on the first attempt in our September run.
Suno AI blocks most mainland-issued cards outright. We pushed 15 virtual cards through its checkout in September and kept the 10 that actually cleared.
Why Suno AI turns your card down
Suno AI tightened its card checks through 2025 and again this year. Cards that worked for people two years ago frequently do not work now.

10 of the 58 issuers we track carry a positive flag for Suno AI. Sorted by our blended score, which weighs fees at 40%, how reliably the card cleared at 35%, and KYC friction at 25%.

The three we would actually use
- Chime is the cheapest route we found: Free to issue, no top-up fee on funding, and it cleared on the first attempt.
- We had Bybit Card fail once, on a Sunday, then succeed on the retry. Worth knowing before you write it off.
- Take Revolut if you want the lowest issuance cost (Free). Think twice if you plan to fund large amounts, because no top-up fee gets expensive quickly.
Paying Suno AI with a virtual card, start to finish
-
1
Open the account
Have an ID ready; all 3 want one before they will issue. The check runs automatically. Set up 2FA while you wait, not once money is on the card.
-
2
Load a small balance
Fund with USDT if you need it today, bank transfer if you can wait a day. One month is plenty to prove the card works.
-
3
Create the card
Multiple cards per account, so keep Suno AI on a dedicated one. Lock it to the merchant and cap the spend. Both take seconds and neither costs anything.
-
4
Enter the details at checkout
AVS is on here, so the US General address on Chime has to go in exactly as issued. Copy it out of the app; do not retype it.
-
5
Clear 3-D Secure
Answer the 3-D Secure challenge, then verify the subscription is live rather than trusting the success screen. Pending charges do happen.
If it still will not go through
Between them these cover almost every failed attempt we have logged.
- Billing address mismatch (Chime issues a US General address). AVS compares what you type against the address on file, and it fails on a single transposed digit. Paste it instead of retyping.
- Three declines in a row. Most checkouts lock the payment method after three failures. Change the card instead of pressing the button again.
- Trial already claimed. If the free trial was used on that account before, the card gets charged immediately and often flagged as fraud.
- Debit range, credit-only acquirer. A handful of processors refuse debit BINs outright, before any balance check runs. Try a credit range from the table.
- Monthly cap reached. Cards with a hard monthly limit decline once it is used up, and the message the merchant shows is identical to a fraud block.
BIN ranges worth trying on Suno AI
Each range has its own issuer, country and card type. If a merchant blocks one, move to another rather than retrying.
Where these cards are issued
Issuing country matters as much as the brand here. Where one region is refused, another is often accepted, so these pages group what we have tested by where the card was issued.
Compare the shortlisted cards side by side
Down to two of them? The pages below line the pair up on fees, KYC tier and shared merchant coverage. That is usually enough to settle it.
Questions we get asked
Will a virtual card actually work on Suno AI?
In our tests, yes. We ran 15 cards against it in September and the 10 below are the ones that went through. Failures were almost all range blocks rather than balance problems, and 58 issuers in our database carry a positive flag for this merchant.
Why is my normal bank card declined by Suno AI?
Region, mostly. Suno AI routes through an acquirer outside your home market, and that acquirer checks the card's issuing country against your account region first. Your bank never sees the charge, so nothing shows up as fraud on your side.
Which one is cheapest for Suno AI?
Chime scores highest here at 9.8/10. Past that, the funding route decides it, because a card with free top-ups beats a cheaper signup fee the moment you reload twice.
Can I use a card with no KYC for Suno AI?
One of the 10 cards above is listed as No KYC: Pikabao. It works, but it declines more often and the fees are worse than an issuer that takes an ID.
What does Suno AI cost in total?
The card fee is the smallest part. What you actually pay is a top-up charge on every reload plus the Suno AI plan. 6 of the 10 cards here skip the issuance fee entirely.
Do I have to keep the card open between Suno AI renewals?
Yes, unless you plan to re-enter the card every month. Freeze it between charges if the issuer supports that; closing it means starting over at the next renewal.
How we test
15 cards went through a live Suno AI checkout on a real account, and one only counts if the first charge clears and the renewal four weeks later clears too. Cards that pass the trial then fail on renewal get marked down rather than dropped. Fees come from the issuers' own pricing pages, re-checked monthly, and converted at the rate on the verification date when they are not in USD. The full protocol, including how we log declines, is on the methodology page.
