The three we would actually use
- Take Paycek if you want the lowest issuance cost (Free). Think twice if you plan to fund large amounts, because 1.5% gets expensive quickly.
- Pikabao: $2-3 (US card); $0.10-$0.50 (US per-car… to open, 3% (USDT top-up) to fund. Boring, cheap, and it passed every retry we threw at it.
- Chime is not the cheapest on the list, but it was the most consistent across three separate test runs. That counts for more than a dollar of savings.

- Billing address mismatch (Pikabao issues a US General / HK General address). AVS compares what you type against the address on file, and it fails on a single transposed digit. Paste it instead of retyping.
- Virtual BIN blocked. Some acquirers maintain a blocklist of well-known virtual ranges. Switching issuer usually clears it.
- Geo mismatch. Signing up in one country and paying with a card from another is the fastest route to a manual review.
- Three declines in a row. Most checkouts lock the payment method after three failures. Change the card instead of pressing the button again.
- Trial already claimed. If the free trial was used on that account before, the card gets charged immediately and often flagged as fraud.
