What you pay, line by line
The signup cost is easy to compare and mostly irrelevant. What follows you around is no top-up fee, with no FX markup sitting behind it. Everything is quoted in USD. Fund the card in the same currency wherever the issuer allows it.

Cleared versus declined
This table is the whole record: every attempt we made on the range, with the gateway's answer attached.
Merchant by merchant
| Merchant | Attempts | Cleared | Rate | What happened |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Meta Ads | 72 | 68 | 94% | went through on a fresh card with the issuer's default address |
| Bing Ads | 59 | 53 | 90% | cleared on the first attempt, no challenge issued |
| Google Ads | 45 | 37 | 82% | first charge and renewal four weeks later both cleared |
| Nike US | 29 | 0 | 0% | Soft decline on the retry after an earlier failure on the same account. |
| Sephora US | 23 | 8 | 35% | 3-D Secure challenge never completed. The order timed out waiting for the OTP. |
Run from a Ireland-region account between 20 Jul to 17 Aug 2026, with the billing address set to the issuer default unless noted. Declines were logged with the reason the gateway returned.
Failures we could not fix
If you buy from Nike US, use something else. It declined consistently. Sephora US was fine on retry.
What to change before you retry
- Nike US: 0 of 29 cleared. Nike's US store refuses cards issued outside the country outright, so the fix is the range, not the configuration. A domestic-issued range clears; a foreign one never will.
- Sephora US: 8 of 23 cleared. US and EU stores bill through different acquirers. Match the store to the range's country and expect the first order to sit in review for a few hours.
Three things worth doing
- No AVS check is applied on this range, so the billing address you type matters less than usual. It still has to be consistent between the first charge and the renewal.
- Paste the Ireland billing address Yescard generates rather than typing your own. One transposed digit is enough to fail the check.
- Bank transfer is the cheap funding route here, but it is not instant. Top up a day before a renewal rather than the same morning.
What the numbers add up to
Nothing here is a dealbreaker, but nothing is a standout either. It does the job on Ireland-region checkouts. Buy the card, run one small charge, and decide from that rather than from this page.
BIN questions, answered
What does the 534067 BIN tell a merchant?
Roughly: who issued it, where, and what kind of product it is. Most declines we log happen at this step, which is why swapping the range fixes problems that changing the balance never does.
Is 534067 a real card number?
It is the first six of sixteen digits. The remaining ten identify the account, and only Yescard can map those. A BIN alone will never get anyone into your money.
Why would 534067 be declined if the range is fine?
Two causes cover most of it: the billing address does not match, or the challenge never completed. Both look identical on screen, and both are fixable in under a minute.
Can thousands of people share the same BIN?
That is the normal case. Every Debit card Yescard issues in Ireland carries the same six digits. Two people on 534067 can get opposite results at the same checkout, which is why a single review is never conclusive.
What we did
We bought a Yescard card, funded it, and pushed 228 charges through live merchant checkout pages between 20 Jul to 17 Aug 2026. Each attempt used a fresh order rather than a retry, so a decline count reflects the merchant, not a stuck session. 166 cleared.
Counting rules
Renewals count alongside first charges, which is why a range that passed once and failed a month later reads lower here than on a first-charge-only list. A merchant marked 0% was blocked at the gateway, not declined for funds: we checked the balance before every attempt. Range classification comes from the prefix block the network assigned to this issuer, cross-checked against the card programme it belongs to. Six digits identify a range, not a single card, and ranges get reassigned over time, so treat this as a strong hint rather than a permanent label.
