Failures we could not fix
Do not expect much luck on PlayStation Network. It declined on all four attempts. Crunchyroll was inconsistent, two passes out of five.
What to change before you retry
- PlayStation Network: 0 of 34 cleared. Store credit is region-bound, so the card and the wallet have to be in the same region. Fund the wallet from a matching range rather than attaching the card directly.
- Crunchyroll: 10 of 27 cleared. Billing runs monthly in USD from the account's store region. Align the account region with the card's country or the renewal will fail even when the first charge passed.
Getting it to work first time
- The minimum load is $20 (first deposit to activate). Start there rather than at the maximum, because an untested range is not worth a large balance.
