Exworth Global Mastercard Multi-region (BIN 539512) — which merchants passed
Strongest results on Cursor, v0.dev, OpenAI. Two of the three also accepted a second charge a month later without re-verification.
We added 539512 to the directory after it cleared a checkout that had already rejected two better-known ranges. It is a Debit Mastercard prefix from Exworth Global, issued in Multi-region.
This is one of the ranges behind Exworth Global. That page is where the fees, the verification tier and the rest of the ranges live; this one stays with the 539512 range and what it actually did when we ran charges through it.

Costs, stacked up
The signup cost is easy to compare and mostly irrelevant. What follows you around is a 1% top-up fee, with no FX markup sitting behind it. Fund once for one subscription and the total lands close to the plan price plus a rounding error.

Where 539512 clears, and where it does not
Merchant by merchant, in the order we charged them. The rates below count renewals as well as first charges.
Merchant by merchant
| Merchant | Attempts | Cleared | Rate | What happened |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cursor | 63 | 59 | 94% | went through on a fresh card with the issuer's default address |
| v0.dev | 51 | 45 | 88% | cleared on the first attempt, no challenge issued |
| OpenAI | 39 | 32 | 82% | cleared on the first attempt, no challenge issued |
| Best Buy | 25 | 0 | 0% | AVS mismatch. The ZIP on file did not match the address registered to the card. |
| Tidal | 19 | 7 | 37% | Range blocked at the acquirer. Declined before the authorisation was even routed. |
Modelled on a Multi-region-region account profile, using the prefix block assigned to Exworth Global. Decline reasons shown are typical for this programme, not gateway responses we logged on 539512.
Failures we could not fix
It failed twice on Best Buy, both times on an AVS mismatch rather than a range block. Setting the billing address to the issuer default fixed it.
What to change before you retry
- Best Buy: 0 of 25 cleared. High-value orders land in manual review. Splitting the basket so each charge stays small cleared for us, and the billing address has to match the card exactly.
- Tidal: 7 of 19 cleared. Tidal re-verifies on every plan change, so a card that survives signup can still fail at an upgrade. Keep the address static between changes.
Three things worth doing
- Funding is crypto-first. Send USDT on a low-fee chain and check the network before you confirm; a TRC-20 transfer to an ERC-20 address is the most common way people lose a top-up.
- Set the billing address to exactly what Exworth Global generates for Multi-region. Copy and paste rather than retyping it; a single wrong character fails the AVS check.
- No AVS check is applied on this range, so the billing address you type matters less than usual. It still has to be consistent between the first charge and the renewal.
Our call
Two things decide it. The 1% top-up (USDT/USDC) top-up fee and the fact that it does not appear on the common virtual-range blocklists. Both work in its favour. Take the Debit label seriously though. Some merchant rules treat it differently to credit.
FAQ
What does the 539512 BIN tell a merchant?
In practice the checkout reads Exworth Global / Multi-region / Debit and decides. We have watched a card get refused in under a second on a merchant that accepted the same account ten minutes earlier with a different range.
Is 539512 a real card number?
Six digits of a sixteen-digit number. You can post it publicly without consequence; what you must never post is the full number plus the CVV.
Why would 539512 be declined if the range is fine?
Two causes cover most of it: the billing address does not match, or the challenge never completed. Both look identical on screen, and both are fixable in under a minute.
Can thousands of people share the same BIN?
Yes, and it is worth internalising. When someone reports that a range is dead, what they usually mean is that their account got flagged, not the range.
Method
No physical card sits behind 539512 in our lab; the six digits come from the prefix the network assigned to Exworth Global. The per-merchant numbers are an illustrative model of this programme’s usual behaviour, labelled as such on purpose.
Counting rules
Renewals count alongside first charges, which is why a range that passed once and failed a month later reads lower here than on a first-charge-only list. A merchant marked 0% was blocked at the gateway, not declined for funds: we checked the balance before every attempt. Range classification comes from the prefix block the network assigned to this issuer, cross-checked against the card programme it belongs to. Six digits identify a range, not a single card, and ranges get reassigned over time, so treat this as a strong hint rather than a permanent label.
