Virtual card comparisons

Every matchup here scores two cards on the variables that survive a real checkout: issuance fee, top-up percentage, KYC tier, and how much merchant coverage the two actually share. Order follows how often the pair turns up together in our test log.

Weight the top-up percentage above the issuance fee. The fee to open is paid once; the top-up percentage is paid on every reload and overtakes a cheaper signup within two or three months on any card you keep using. The KYC tier is the other hard filter, because it decides whether you can open the card today at all.
